Replacement Policy

In the unfortunate event that you receive a product that is damaged or exhibits color fading, we are happy to offer a replacement. Our goal is to ensure you receive the best possible product and to address any concerns promptly.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at advancecraftect@gmail.com. Provide details of the issue, including any relevant photos of the damaged or faded product.

  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1-2 business days to confirm the next steps.

  3. Return Shipping: If required, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective product. In some cases, we may not need the item returned and will directly send out the replacement.

Important Notes

  • Replacement Only: Please note that we do not offer refunds. Our policy strictly allows for replacements of damaged or faded items only.

  • Condition: The item must be reported as damaged or faded upon delivery, and unused to qualify for a replacement.

  • Time Frame: All replacement requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
